Boston, MA, February 13, 2017 – The Brown Rudnick Charitable Foundation Corp., a non-profit, tax-exempt entity established by attorneys from the law firm of Brown Rudnick LLP, elected Brown Rudnick DC Office Manager, Candace Simpson, as a Board Director during its Annual Meeting on February 2, 2017. She will serve a one-year term.
The Board also voted to re-elect the following Brown Rudnick attorneys as Board Directors, each to a three-year term:
